These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Must Wonder website at mustwonder.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Must Wonder LLC ("Must Wonder," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to show our products, colors and sizing as accurately as possible. Colors can look different depending on your screen, and some finishes (such as marble washes and rhinestone detailing) vary slightly from piece to piece by design. Size charts are measurements taken flat on the garment and may vary slightly. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or images are error-free.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, discontinue products or limit quantities at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and let you know. All products are subject to availability.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, reselling, pricing errors or limited stock. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount charged for that order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Please see our Shipping Policy for processing times, shipping options and details on lost, stolen or damaged packages. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks your package as delivered.

7. Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery as described in our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Must Wonder name, logos, designs, graphics, photos and text, is owned by Must Wonder LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content or designs without our written permission.

10. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site or its security, to submit false information, or to buy products for unauthorized commercial resale.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or use third-party services (such as payment processors and shipping carriers). We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimer

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Must Wonder LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Must Wonder LLC harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
